Montenegrins do not know how to make a decent Caffé Espresso. You can sit in 20 different bars, and you will get a different espresso in each of them, while none of the them will be a true Caffé Espresso the way that is meant to be. However, I do not think that Montenegrins are an exception, I also visited other countries in Europe and the espresso was decent in a very few places. I still think that the true espresso you can have only in Italy. Mister Schiavo had enough patience to elaborate the entire process of creating a true Italian espresso, from the tips how to handle the machine, coffee granulation, water temperatures, humidity and the very cups which we drink from. I was hired by Moments Cafe to photo-document the seminar, but I didn’t miss a word. It was very interesting.
